Making the transition can be challenging when ingrained habits are driving behaviour unconsciously. Content ranges from one day hits to six month leadership programmes with part time attendance.
The full six-month course is designed for New Zealand organisations truly committed to the ongoing evolution of senior staff and influencers (see content below).

The 10 face to face days during our course will provide an opportunity to explore, develop and deepen existing skills, as well as exploiting the under-expressed potentials in each individual.
