Making the transition can be challenging when ingrained habits are driving behaviour unconsciously. Content ranges from one day hits to six month leadership programmes with part time attendance. The full six-month version is outlined below.

The 10 face to face days during our course will provide an opportunity to explore, develop and deepen existing skills, as well as exploiting the under-expressed potentials in each individual.

During the course of our leadership courses and programmes in NZ and international locations, all learning styles are addressed and respected. Delivery style is a mix of information, discussion, activity and experimentation. Participants will move at their own pace.
Our course concludes with a presentation from each participant as part of the graduation process in the presence of your organisation’s executive team.
The main aim of this programme is to work with individuals on their strengths to build confidence in themselves and their management style. Amanda offers leadership training in Auckland, Wellington or anywhere in New Zealand (as well as Internationally!) and workshops are limited to 12 participants per programme.
